Oliver Hess

Oliver Hess is a German DJ and producer in the electronic music scene with a focus on techno and minimal house. He has been shaping club culture in Cologne and beyond since the early 1990s. He is best known for his energetic vinyl sets and his unmistakable sound between driving techno, minimal and deep house.

His musical career began in 1994 after the well-known DJ and producer Jens Lissat got him interested in electronic music. Oliver Hess quickly developed a flair for hypnotic club sounds and became resident DJ at the legendary Warehouse Club in Cologne and at the well-known PollerWiesen events. Over the course of his career, he has played with international greats such as Carl Cox, Sven Väth, Loco Dice and Pan-Pot.

Oliver Hess has performed internationally in clubs such as Pasha, Space and Privilege in Ibiza and has also played at renowned festivals such as the UNUM Festival in Albania. His productions such as "Hesscalation" or the EP "Vapour" underline his modern, atmospheric style.

Oliver Hess is particularly appreciated for his passion for vinyl records. His style combines classic techno culture with modern electronic influences and has made him an integral part of the German underground scene to this day
