Prof. Vera Katzenberger

Vera Katzenberger is Junior Professor of Digital Journalism at the Institute of Communication and Media Studies at Leipzig University. She was previously a research assistant at the Institute of Communication Studies at the University of Bamberg and coordinator for a research project at the Bavarian Regulatory Authority for New Media (BLM) in Munich. She studied political science, sociology, English and communication studies at Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg, Freie Universität Brüssel and Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg.
