Pudeldame released their debut album 'Kinder ohne Freunde' in March 2021. They went on a major tour of Germany with their second album 'Come On Humanity' in September 2023. The band is known for its unique mix of danceable pop, raw band sound and lyrical finesse. Lead singer & songwriter Jonas Nay also works as an actor, who gained international fame mainly through the Amazon production 'Deutschland 86' and the Sky production 'The Tattooist of Auschwitz'. Since his youth, he has played in bands with his school friend David Grabowski from Lübeck (producer and film composer for 'Charité', 'Legal Affairs' and 'Polizeiruf 110', among others). Both studied Pop & Jazz at the Musikhochschule, where they also met Nico Bauckholt (bass) and Moritz Hamm (drums), who later joined the band. Pudeldame had radio rotations at Deutschlandfunk Nova and performances at Bayern 2, BR Puls, NJOY, SWR 3, NDR2, SWR Das Ding, articles in Rolling Stone, Süddeutsche Zeitung and Diffus as well as several TV appearances at ZDF aspekte, NDR DAS! and ARD & ZDF MoMa.
