The beginning of the day. The light, the fall, the depth: Saguru writes songs that have great expansiveness. They carry the melancholy darkness, but always also the new beginnings, the outlook, the clarity and lightness. The moment after the rain.

Munich-based Chriz Rappel founded Saguru in 2016, inspired by heroes such as Alex Turner, Bon Iver and Ben Howard, and released his first songs. A voice that carries more years of life than Rappel can count. A precisely crafted, colorful sound - the combination of guitar, radiant vocals and gentle, yet powerful electronica - makes Saguru a gem, a treasure chest.

Many of the songs are about the process of coming to terms with oneself and finding one's place in the world. Created from personal experiences, they speak to people who are going through similar things. The lyrics are honest, approachable and create a high identification factor.
