In the artist's words:

Inspired by the echoing synth-pop of the 80s, translated with contemporary production methods and harmonic details, SKUPPIN addresses themes between fear, hope and a lack of belonging. The driving beats and dark atmospheres that he realized on his first studio work "Reliquien" (February 2024) are therefore often reminiscent of Depeche Mode, Kraftwerk or Edwin Rosen. In view of this penchant for nostalgia and 80s culture, it is not surprising that this first album was also pressed on vinyl and thus immortalized. With his new single "Panik", which was produced in collaboration with Jonas Pentzek (Rar), SKUPPIN continues his musical line and develops further at the same time.

Above all, SKUPPIN impresses live with an unexpected toughness and presence - his two band musicians Antonia Roziewski (keys) and Ricky Shark (synth) complete the harmonious picture.
