A hot summer day, a cool drink in hand. Soda Frizzante’s music is exactly that: a sparkling sensation of lightness and joy. But beneath the sparkling surface of their funky, groovy indie pop lies a depth that invites you to reflect, dream, and dance.  

Soda Frizzante’s new EP, “Deja Vu,” is inspired by shared memories, explores visions of the future, and encourages a more mindful experience of the moment. With influences from the ’80s, funk, jazz, and electronic indie sounds, the result is a soundscape that feels both nostalgic and contemporary. The songs combine danceable grooves with a dreamy quality, and their lyrics capture precisely this feeling: knowing when to let go and go with the flow, and when it’s worth holding on.

Following their second EP, “Behind The Blossom”—which featured a sold-out release show at the artheater in Cologne and performances at the Traumzeit Festival in Duisburg, Lothringair in Aachen, and the Funky Monkey Festival in Cologne in 2024—they embarked on their first tour last year with stops in Leipzig, Berlin, and Cologne, giving the audience a sneak peek at their new songs on stage. 

Louis, Lukas, Jan, and Theo continue to diligently refine their vibrant sound and are very excited to carry you through the summer with their music.
