Steaming Animals

In the artist's words:

Justus, Jonah, Jeremias, Johannes and Theis met in Dresden in 2018 and have grown into an inseparable unit over the years. In 2024, they are at the end of their studies and want to express their deep friendship through music.

The Steaming Animals' songs are characterized by feelings of inner turmoil, which are courageously overcome with reflective recklessness, hope and deep friendship.

Together with their longtime friend and producer Oscar Zöllner, the indie band has spent the last two years working on their debut album and biggest project to date.

With their new album, the Steaming Animals have arrived at a common sound: it sounds warm and organic. Their dreamy crossover of indie and funk has been expanded to include psychedelic elements and will also be released on vinyl for the first time.

The band will also be going on tour for the first time to coincide with the album release.
