Stefanie Heinzmann, who will be celebrating her 15th stage anniversary in the 2023/24 season, presents an emotional and funky program together with "MIKI's Takeover! Ensemble" presents an emotional and funky program that breaks down the boundaries between pop and classical music. The concert is another prominent collaboration for the Swiss pop singer: after becoming famous in 2008 and having a hit with "My Man Is A Mean Man", she performed on stage with world stars such as Lionel Richie and Joss Stone in the following years. Now it will be interesting to see how the Swiss singer's songs sound in the classic takeover arrangements - far removed from any stylistic boundaries.

The virtuoso violinist Miki Kekenj and his chamber ensemble effortlessly bring together styles that are usually strictly separated from one another. He translates modern songs from pop, soul and even rap into a classical musical language. "MIKI's Takeover! Ensemble" has already created fine, imaginative arrangements for the music of Joy Denalane, Max Herre and Max Mutzke. Where rhythm sections, keyboards and guitars usually provide a dense sound, Miki's Takeover! Ensemble you hear violin, cello, clarinet or double bass. The music shines in a new light - and unplugged, of course!
