"Dance yourself free"

In the "Dance yourself free" workshop, you will have the opportunity to find deeper access to yourself through the intuitive movements of your body.

Without a façade, get into authentic movement to perceive yourself.

At your own pace, feeling yourself in an unadapted way, I will accompany you to meet yourself in a way that is kind to your nervous system.

You are allowed to be there with everything that is in the here and now.

It's about arriving - first in the place, then with yourself.
