AC/DC and Guns n' Roses in Oberkrainer sound? Rock and pop hits with tuba and accordion? Florian Rein and his all-star combo The Heimatdamisch demonstrate just how well something like this can work. His eight-man band in a classic line-up with tuba, accordion, wind instruments,
drums and vocals puts on the lederhosen to current chart hits and selected rock and pop classics.

The Heimatdamisch has gained great popularity through various television appearances, but above all through their YouTube videos. The video for their Guns n' Roses cover version "Sweet Child o' Mine" has achieved over 10 million clicks on YouTube to date! Her 2017 Facebook video "Highway to Hell" reached over 36 million Facebook followers across Europe and the USA within a few months! Various US radio stations and US music magazines reported on the band.

In recent years, THE HEIMATDAMISCH has performed on all major festival stages in Germany and Europe, including Woodstock der Blasmusik, Paaspop-Festival Netherlands, Fonnefeesten-Festival Belgium, Bernard-Fest Czech Republic, Brasswiesn, Voixjam, WorldBlasmusicDays etc. Festivals
and concerts in 2023 alone in the Czech Republic, France, Holland, Croatia, Austria, Switzerland, Norway.

The band also toured the UK in 2022, playing five sold-out club shows in Glasgow, London, Birmingham, Leeds and Barnsley. The album "Live in London", which was released in May 2023, was recorded on this tour.
