THE OHOHOHS - Four hands and two parts
First half of the concert - "Concertante club music"
The duo THE OHOHOHS, consisting of pianist Florian Wäldele and drummer Florian Dreßler, takes classical music and club culture to a whole new level. With their unique concept of "concertante club music", they merge the structures of classical music with the driving rhythms of club music. They rework works by Beethoven, Bach and Schubert and interpret them in their own unmistakable style, which invites you to listen as well as dance.
Second half of the concert - TECHNOSET:
Scratchy synths, pumping beats, epic melodies, this is the origin of THE OHOHOHS. After their last album "Corona-Sinfonie" and their intensive exploration of the connection between classical music and club music, they will play their analog techno set as a duo in the second part of the evening! With analog techno played on synthesizers and stand-up drums, they bring club music to the fore under two conditions: EVERYTHING is played live and every sound is created analog!
"They play with an eclectic fervor that you have to experience live to feel the dedication and sweat dripping from every note. "- Jan Freitag (Zeit, taz...)
In their live performances, the worlds of serious and popular music combine in an impressive way - a concert that redefines classical music and sweeps the audience away!
