Thorben Greve, born in 2001, is a pianist, composer and neuroscientist. Inspired by role models such as Ravel, Debussy, Chopin and Prokofiev, the artist found his way to composition through his piano lessons. He does not limit himself to the classical genre, but also writes works for orchestra and electronic music. He finds inspiration for this in the overlap between art and science, among other things.
The piano remains a constant companion and motor of his artistic work. Improvisation, including jazz, enables the artist to transfer his intuition directly to the piano. With its timelessly elegant sound, the piano remains a key component in the artist's work.
