A child of traveling hippies - Tileema was born on Crete, but not in Matala in a cave, but up on the mountain in an abandoned 5-house ruin, east of the small village of Katsomatados. Early musical influences such as Nikos Xylouris, later followed by German andIrish folk, an excursion to Rolf Zuckowski, via punk, rock & metal to chanson & gypsy jazz resulted in German pop-rock folk.
