About Tim & Edith

Edith is Tim Tanneberger’s personal project—named after his grandmother and inspired by her hospitality and joy in bringing people together around a table.

After several years in Michelin-starred restaurants, Tim earned a Michelin star as head chef. Today, he combines this level of culinary craftsmanship with a relaxed, modern approach to hospitality. With Edith, he creates seasonal menus and pop-ups that focus on high-quality ingredients, clean flavors, and a laid-back atmosphere.

For Tim, it’s not about classic fine-dining rituals, but about honest food, good conversation, and unforgettable evenings.
