Tobi is a barista, coffee sensory master and event technician. He is passionate about special taste experiences and the question of how conscious consumption can be experienced through sensory perception. With a keen sense of aromas and atmosphere, he invites you to rediscover coffee. Open, curious and without fear of contact. He particularly appreciates the shared moment of tasting, when the supposedly familiar suddenly reveals new facets and enjoyment becomes a unifying experience.
