The Tölzer Knabenchor (artistic director: Christian Fliegner) is one of the most famous and professional boys' choirs in the world. It performs more than 150 concerts and operas a year. The repertoire covers all areas of choral singing from the Baroque to the present day (with a special focus on the works of Johann Sebastian Bach) as well as all the important boys' solo parts of the opera literature.
The Tölzer Knabenchor performs in major concert halls and opera houses in Europe, Asia and the USA.
Famous conductors such as Riccardo Chailly, Kirill Petrenko, Sir Simon Rattle and Christian Thielemann work with the choir and its soloists.
