UHD - artist and producer in equal measure - is an up-and-coming representative of Gen-Z, embodying the search for unmistakable individuality and breaking with conventional genre boundaries in the process. When the 22-year-old Berlin-based DJ and producer caused a stir with his radical production style and unconventional sets at the end of 2023, a very young but impressive journey began for the artist project UHD. Inspired by the UK hyperpop scene as well as the nu gabber sound from Berlin and Paris, UHD's first releases represent a club sound that neither shies away from nor relies on pop. Since then, UHD has released several own and feature singles, with Ikkimel "BEZAHLEN" and SALÒ "MÄNNERGEFÜHLE" EP and produced for Ski Aggu "MAXIMUM RIZZ" or PA69 "Lausbub", where his uncompromising sound and knowledge of internet culture and underground can be heard everywhere. His DJ sets are just as radical as his productions. From fast-paced NY Latin house to bouncy hyperpop and nightcore, UHD's sets are unmistakably extra. With his energetic stage performance and a clear story in his sets, UHD brings a genre-fluid sound to the dancefloor that always surprises and always convinces.
