Vanessa works at the intersection of dance, somatics & embodiment and anti-discriminatory education.

She is a trained dance mediator, embodiment coach, theater educator and trainer for political education.

Vanessa designs workshops in which physical self-awareness, creative expression and social awareness come together.
Her aim is to create spaces where people feel safe enough to open up, show themselves authentically and connect with themselves and others.

With her own embodied experiences and her know-how from various further training courses, she holds the space for other people and their processes - in the form of workshops and 1:1 coaching sessions - and all with a lot of openness, warmth and humor.

Her heart beats especially for the empowerment of women*, for booty shaking and the magic of (collective) movement.
