Yosho is without question one of the newcomers of the year. It took just one song for him to make a name for himself. For good reason:"Andere Stadt" was a journey through the different emotional worlds of new beginnings and a moody blend of rap and indie, unique in its vibe. With a haunting voice and impressive language, the 23-year-old embedded his melancholy in a few piano chords and guitar strings. The room in his new place of residence is just as half empty as his heart, which is beating faster and faster because of the new hope. Wanting to live and not just meaning it, but actually doing it. After the song went viral within a very short time, Yosho is now dropping the"Lärm" EP with two new tracks that take a very similar direction. Pictorial lyrics, never kitschy, never abstract, but on point and accessible, creating a world whose themes and problems speak from the heart of an entire generation - and which find their sonic equivalent in the music. In a world dominated by short attention spans and superficial consumption, Yosho believes in the deeper connection that music can create.
