For all those who are not quite familiar with the term poke, here is a brief explanation: a poke bowl is a Hawaiian dish that has its roots in Japanese cuisine. "Poke" roughly means "cut diagonally into pieces" and stands for raw fish cut into cubes and served with rice, dressing and vegetables. A bit like sushi in a bowl, so to speak. But back to Fishbowl Poke: here we work exclusively with sustainably caught fish from Dechant in Starnberg, free-range chicken from the Viktualienmarkt and biodynamic tofu. You can choose between various ready-made bowls such as Green Goddess Salmon or Back to the Roots with tofu. But the best thing about the stores is that you can put together your own bowl in six steps. It's fun and tastes good.

Emmi's Kitchen in Glockenbach and Giesing delights the vegans among you in particular with its bowls. But they're not the only ones who should dig in.
