Our ticketing system continues to operate without system fees or additional costs - and it will stay that way. Since Rausgegangen has been around, we have never touched our main ticketing fees. Now we want and need to adjust our Rausgegangen main ticketing fees a bit.

1. adjustment of our main ticketing fees - from 31.07.2025

Our ticketing fees remain fair and understandable - with no system fees and no hidden costs. But: we haven't touched our fees for over seven years.

From 31.07.2025, our new fee will be 6% + €0.60 per ticket sold.

This applies to all new ticketings that are created after this deadline.

2. new basis for calculating the fees - from 31.07.2025

From now on, we will charge the fees on the base price that you enter in the system (the price without VVK fees) and no longer on the final price (incl. VVK fees). With a base price of €10, this means €1.20 in advance booking fees from now on. According to the old calculation, this would be €1.28 VVK fees, which makes the calculation easier for you - and at the same time ensures that the fee adjustment is weakened accordingly. We also want to increase transparency so that you can better understand how we have calculated our fees.
