The following special conditions for participation in our competitions (hereinafter referred to as "conditions of participation") regulate the legal framework for participation in competitions organized by us, Rausgegangen GmbH, Ehrenfeldgürtel 86, 50823 Cologne (hereinafter referred to as "Rausgegangen" or "we").

The competitions are made available via our website at www.rausgegangen.de and via the Rausgegangen app (hereinafter jointly referred to as "app and web competitions"), via social media such as Instagram and TikTok (hereinafter referred to as "social media competitions") and via other electronic communication channels. II Implementation and handling of the competitions

Only natural persons residing in Germany who meet the requirements of our Terms and Conditions of Participation (hereinafter referred to as "Participant") are eligible to participate. If you have not yet reached the age of 18 or have limited legal capacity for other reasons, you also need the written consent of your legal guardian or legal representative to participate.

Each person may only take part in a competition once. Multiple participation, in particular through the use of multiple accounts, is not permitted.

1.3.
Employees of Rausgegangen and the respective winning partner as well as their respective relatives and all persons who are directly involved in the conception, organization or implementation of the respective competition are excluded from participation.

In addition to the provisions set out in these Terms and Conditions of Participation, the information provided for each competition regarding the period, entry procedure, prize, draw procedure and any other details (hereinafter referred to as "individual competition terms and conditions") shall apply. 2.2.
Participation is only possible in accordance with the provisions set out in the individual competition terms and conditions and within the period specified therein. Interactions made after the deadline specified in the individual competition terms and conditions will no longer be taken into account.

2.3.
The social media competitions are not connected to the social media platforms, such as Instagram or TikTok, and are neither sponsored, supported nor organized by them. The participants indemnify the social media platforms from any liability.

Depending on the competition, the prizes promised in our competitions may include, in particular, tickets for events, vouchers, guest list places, discount codes or items.

In the case of app and web competitions, the winners will be notified by email to the email address used for registration.

The winners are obliged to confirm their acceptance of the prize within the period specified in the notification or otherwise have the opportunity to receive or claim the prize for the first time, for example by clicking on a confirmation link provided. If no confirmation is received within this period, the claim to the prize expires and the prize may be awarded to another eligible person. We accept no responsibility if the prize confirmation cannot be delivered to you for technical or other reasons for which we are not responsible. You are responsible for ensuring that you can be contacted via your social media profile or the email address specified in your user profile.

3.5.
The prize is always awarded for and on behalf of the respective winning partner and can be made dependent on the presentation of the relevant authorization to participate, e.g. proof of age or the presentation of the relevant written consent of the legal representative.

3.6.
Only one prize is possible per participant in each competition. Cash payment, transfer or exchange of the prize is excluded.

3.7.
The prize will be delivered to the winner by the respective prize partner. In the case of digital prizes, in particular tickets for events, the prize will generally be sent to you by email. Unless otherwise stated in the individual competition terms and conditions, non-cash prizes will be sent to the postal address in Germany that you provided when confirming your win. Digital prizes (e.g. eTickets or codes) may be blocked by the respective prize partner. You must return any non-cash prizes to the prize partner. If it is not possible or unreasonable to return the prize, compensation must be paid in the amount of the objective value.
