for the biggest 360 BODY event
of all time? 😍

After 15 years of performance coaching
in martial arts, we are bringing something to Berlin,
that has never been seen before:

The first KICKBOXING Open Air Seminar
in the stadium at Jahn-Sportpark.

100 athletes. In the open air.
Just in time for the start of summer. ☀️

On June 28, we will transform the stadium
for three hours into a unique open-air
open-air seminar for all levels
whether beginner, advanced
or competitor.
Everyone will learn, grow and
go home with new energy.

Together we work on:

- Footwork
- Head Movement
- Attack / Defense
- Partnerwork & Drills
- Kick Variations
- Timing & Control
- Biomechanics

With 100 athletes an
incredible atmosphere,
New training partners, new impulses,
new level.
That's what makes this event special.

And then it continues:

In the middle of the stadium
into a huge picnic 🍱
People sit on the grass everywhere,
sharing food, drinking a soda 🍋
and meanwhile you're waiting
a few sparring matches in the middle of the field.

Watching together, snacking
and enjoy the summer.

Everyone brings something small to eat
together we create something unique.
