Does your company name already exist? Then be careful! Because of course you also have to respect the property rights of others - even if you have already registered your own property rights. Even if this happens unknowingly: As soon as you infringe intellectual property rights, you could face warnings or even a ban on use. That's why prevention is key. This is the only way to prevent you from no longer being allowed to use your company name. We will show you the appropriate search options to find out whether your name is already in use.

We also give you examples of how to register and deal with property rights as well as many other practical tips and tricks. Last but not least, we will inform you about the WIPANO funding program, which provides founders and young companies in particular with financial support for registering their IP rights.
