Cancellation policy for ticket purchases

1. No right of withdrawal:
   In accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal when purchasing tickets for events. This means that tickets cannot be returned or refunded.
2. Name changes / transfer:
   Tickets are generally transferable. If you are unable to attend, you can pass your ticket on to another person. An official transfer is not required.
3. Event cancellation / postponement:
   If the event is canceled, the full ticket price will be refunded. Tickets remain valid if the event is postponed. In this case, a refund can also be made on request - please contact us within 7 days of the announcement of the postponement.
4. Exclusion for breach of rules:
   We reserve the right to refuse admission in the event of a breach of the admission rules (e.g. aggressive behavior, wilful damage to property or heavily intoxicated state, etc.) - refunds are excluded in these cases.
