"La Yeta is a duo that pays tribute to Argentinian music in a very special way. Argentinian singer Carolina Attoumani Díaz(https://www.caromusik.com/) and German pianist Felix Schneider-Restschikow (https://felixschneiderrestschikow.de/) dedicate themselves with great passion to the music of Argentina - tradition-conscious, personal and full of improvisational joy. Their music draws on the rich soundscape of South America and combines traditional melodies with elements of jazz. In addition to her expressive singing, Carolina also plays the bombo legüero, the traditional drum of Argentinian folklore. La Yeta sings and plays about love, longing, fear and death.
