Experience an extraordinary evening in the Gutsküche at Gut Wulksfelde, where culinary delights and sustainability go hand in hand. Rebecca and Matthias Gfrörer have been running the restaurant here for more than 16 years with a clear vision: honest enjoyment in harmony with nature.

Where a farm store used to sell fresh vegetables, seasonal delicacies are now created in an open kitchen. Vegetables play the main role, meat and fish only a supporting role, all from organic and regional sources. Transparency, quality and responsibility make the Gutsküche a popular address for vegetarian and sustainable cuisine.

On September 18, the Gutsküche invites you to a special experience: an evening by the fire, a full enjoyment in the open air. The gourmet journey begins at 6 p.m. with an aperitif in the open air, after which chef Matthias Gfrörer will conjure up a sophisticated 3-course menu in the outdoor kitchen by the open fire, celebrating the flavors of late summer. With regional ingredients such as colorful beets, fresh goat cheese, Wulksfeld saddleback pork and a sweet temptation to finish. Take a seat at a long table, surrounded by the aromas of freshly grilled ingredients, herbs and wood. A warm, relaxed and authentic atmosphere awaits you. And in case the Hamburg weather doesn't play ball, a canopy will ensure a carefree evening.
