Dritter Mümmel-Lauf um die Glinder Au

The Mümmel Run is organized by Alphabet e. V. together with Gesundheitshaus Mümmelmannsberg and many other committed players from the district. Mümmelmannsberg district marketing is supporting the third Mümmel Run 2026 together with many other sponsors! :)

The Mümmel Run is a public running and meeting event. The route leads around the Glinder Au. You can choose whether you want to run 1.25km, 2.5km or 5km. Joint exercise, health promotion and democratic cooperation are at the forefront of the Mümmel Run - not the pressure to perform. The Mümmel Run also sees itself as a visible sign of solidarity, diversity, social responsibility and equal opportunities. The motto of this year's Mümmel Run is Against 3D - Diabetes, Depression and Dementia. Exercise in everyday life is essential to prevent these diseases.

The event is expressly aimed at all people regardless of origin, social status, age, gender, religion, sexual identity or physical ability. Families, children, young people and people who have previously had little access to sport and exercise are particularly targeted.
