The children's and youth art exhibition is a joint project of Haus Steinstraße e.V. and the Cultural Office of the City of Leipzig in cooperation with various Leipzig institutions from the fields of art, education and socioculture.
For the 30th KiJuKu, from April to the end of September 2025, children and young people up to the age of 21 were invited to create their own artistic works and submit them for the exhibition. They were free to deal with the special theme "The straight curve - unique is better than perfect" or with topics of their own choice. A jury of children, young people and adults selected the works that will be exhibited in the participating institutions. All the resulting works will be presented in an online gallery(www.kijuku-leipzig.de).
