Fancy an evening full of movement, music and good energy? At 5 Rhythms with live music, we invite you to switch off your head and get into the moment with your body. The 5 Rhythms create space for free dancing, experimentation and real experience, supported by live music that makes the evening lively, intense and surprising.
Whether you already know the 5 Rhythms or are simply curious, you can come just as you are. It's not about steps, technique or doing something right, but about letting the music move you and finding your own flow. The mixture of rhythm, presence and live sound makes this evening particularly direct, warm and captivating.
