Whether front or top loader - the drum is a central component of every washing machine. The drum has the task of moving our laundry during the wash cycle and then spinning it. This is also the case with our 90 degree delicate wash. However, as an instrument, the drum also has the additional task of setting us in motion. Gladly framed by the versatile and sometimes dirty sounds of the house. After years of slumbering, a few people who have been bringing house and techno to the world for years will come together in the Kesselhaus of the Waschhaus from 15.11.2024, but have never actually done so together in Potsdam in this constellation. This will change with the regular event series 90 Grad Feinwäsche. From now on, washing will take place in a robust ambience, with fabric softener occasionally being used. For a good feeling.

Gaya Kloud, Donkey Trax, Florian Rietze, Gregor Sultanow, Lesterr and Kraftfuttermischwerk invite those inclined to do their laundry to spin the drum together and feel the drums collectively. The days of washboards are over and 90 degrees would be too hot for hand washing anyway. As a detergent suitable for all textiles, they put House in the rinsing compartment, which simply gets everything spotlessly clean - even if the water hardness is right, but that should be less of a problem in a wash house.

The door to the laundry room opens at 8 p.m., the lint filter is freshly cleaned, the machines are filled and waiting for the start program. Rinsing and spinning included, steam guaranteed. You just have to dry them yourself afterwards.
