A Journey Back to Self was born from conversations between Anh, founder of Andulé, and artist Grace Sivek Donohoe.
Together, we want to create a space where people can step away from everyday life for a moment, find peace, and reconnect with themselves. While Andulé combines Modern Body Refinement with an intuitive approach to foster greater awareness, connection, self-expression, and self-awareness through events, Grace invites you to discover creativity, intuition, and connection through intuitive painting.
Through the combination of connection and intuitive painting, we bring together relaxation, creativity, and community without pressure or expectations.
A Journey Back to Self is an invitation to strengthen your connection with yourself and consciously take time for yourself.
