High-energy poetry from Dada to dialect. A Schwoazzes Gebiss sets poems of the Viennese post-war period to music. A homage to H.C. Artmann, Ernst Jandl, Christine Nöstlinger, Trude Marzik, Helmut Qualtinger and Georg Kreisler - between spoken word, song and post-punk. A live concert with live visuals.

A Schwoazzes Gebiss is an audiovisual performance. Together with the originals by singer Georg Kostron and the live video animations by Alexandra Huchet, the lustfully abysmal poems become a pop-like Gesamtkunstwerk reminiscent of a mythical creature from Voodoo Jürgens, Ludwig Hirsch, Jon Spencer and the Fehlfarben.

The spotlight falls on the experimental language of the 50s to 70s and the Viennese dialect. Here, the dark modernity grins out from behind the floral curtain. Gloomy and humorous, the legendary poetry rhymes its way into the present and frightens, enchants and entertains as if it were freshly printed. Finzta, siasslich und wia fazauwat,.
