He is married. His wife and son are away on vacation for a week - and have left him alone. She is an attractive woman, a lot younger than him - which doesn't bother her or him. He hasn't told her that he is married. They met in a bar and liked each other straight away. Now he is tempted by the prospect of a little amorous adventure. The two of them end up in his apartment for one last drink. It's clear what will happen next - but then everything turns out quite differently: it soon becomes clear that she is not what she initially claimed to be. Is this really just a casual fling? Or what does she really want from him? The evening becomes a rollercoaster ride of emotions.
"Rollercoaster" is a light, charming comedy by French playwright and screenwriter Eric Assous with thought-provoking overtones and many surprising twists that keeps the audience on the edge of their seats and in a good mood until the very end.
