Spring is slowly arriving in the forest and the first snowdrops are already blooming. Come with us on a walk through the awakening forest, where we practise mindfulness, listen to nature and find peace. 🌿☀️
The positive effect of the forest has already been proven by a large number of research results from the field of nature psychology. We now know that "green spaces" strengthen us physically, mentally and cognitively and keep us healthy. We want to make use of this effect and give women the opportunity to explore nature with all their senses under guidance: roaming through the woods, listening to the sounds of the forest, rediscovering wonder. All this should take place under the protective canopy of the trees, so that security and tranquillity can also return. We want to invite women to experience sensory-enhancing and energizing encounters in nature. The number of participants is limited. Pre-registration is necessary.
