"Mindfulness in the deer garden" invites you to pause together and leave everyday life behind for a moment. With gentle guidance, we turn to our senses and come into contact with what is there right now - in the body, in the mind and in nature. No previous experience is necessary. Participation is open to everyone and is on a voluntary donation basis. With meditation teachers Jörn Olbrich and Catharina Guth. (Please bring a mat. The Rehgarten is barrier-free.
