3x3 Basketball x Football

May 22-25, 2026

A spectacular kick-off opens the Active City Arena 2026:

On May 22 and 23, the 3x3 Basketball Challenger will bring top international teams to Hamburg. Speed, intensity and urban dynamism make this Olympic discipline a real crowd-puller.

Exciting soccer formats will then celebrate their premiere in the Active City Arena. Spectacular freestyle performances and a dynamic 3x3 soccer tournament will provide fresh impetus in the soccer event sector with a high entertainment factor.

Urban Sports Week

May 27-31, 2026

Urban Sports Week returns as a highlight: an energetic week in the Active City Village that stands for movement, visibility and participation.

Sports, initiatives and communities present themselves in the middle of the action. Everyone can try out different sports for free! The highlight is the Active City Day, which takes place this year on May 29 in the Arena and elsewhere.

Fight Sports Weekend

May 29-31, 2026

Hamburg continues its great boxing tradition with the first boxing event in the arena: Queen & King of the Ring celebrates its premiere! The event combines Olympic boxing and professional boxing, offers a unique stage for high-ranking international challengers and delivers thrilling fights.

Queen & King of the Court x Padel Copa

June 4-7, 2026

The crowning finale is an absolute highlight:

The successful beach volleyball format Queen & King of the Court returns and takes place right in the heart of the European beach volleyball capital. World-class athletes, an electrifying atmosphere and international flair make this event a sporting highlight with global appeal.

At the same time, the Padel Copa will once again conquer the Fan Village: in its own "second stadium". Experience one of the fastest growing sports in Europe up close and free of charge in a unique arena atmosphere.
