Together with Jessie from Studio Soham, we will spend a relaxing summer evening in Rosenaupark.
You can expect 45 minutes of flowing yoga in the open air - a balanced mix of activation and relaxation. Gentle transitions, calm postures and consciously arriving in the moment. Also suitable for beginners.
Afterwards, a healthy, colorful picnic in the countryside awaits you. Snack together, chat, get to know new people and enjoy a relaxed end to the evening.
Come alone, bring a friend or meet other yoga enthusiasts from Nuremberg!
