Get to know the diversity of Aikido with us: from breathing gymnastics to classical forms and self-defense. Aikido means moving yourself and others - solo or in intensive contact with training partners.
We invite all interested parties (aged 16 and over) to try out the Japanese martial art of Aikido with us.
All you need to bring is long-sleeved, comfortable clothing and enjoy moving together with others.
