Aktionstag & Mitfahr-Aktion für mehr Offenheit im Umgang mit Depressionen! - MUT-TOUR 2025

Every year, the non-profit organization Mut fördern e.V. organizes the big MUT-TOUR, a Germany-wide tandem tour to raise awareness about and destigmatize mental illness.

On Friday, 27.06.25, the MUT-TOUR tandem team of stage 5 will stop in Bad Gandersheim.

The ride starts at 16:00 to meet the MUT-TOUR tandem team.

16:45 Welcome of the tandem team

17:15 Expert lecture by Helmut Platte on the topic of depression

18:00 Closing of the afternoon of action with symbolic handover of the collected donation in kilometers.

During the campaign day, information stands and hands-on activities will be available, so come along and get talking:

The family counseling center of the district of Northeim will present its services and specialist literature to browse through.

Star gGmbH will be presenting its services and offering a wheel of fortune spin.

The Werk-statt-Schule is preparing an inclusive reading corner with a reading aloud offer.

The Clinic for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy will be providing drinks and inviting visitors to join in the conversation.

Participation in the event is free of charge and possible without registration.

Together with the Clinic for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, the Family Counseling Center/Northeim, Star gGmbH and the Werk-statt-Schule, we are setting an example for more openness in dealing with mental illness.
