Alex Diehl's story tells of success, passionate failure, courage and a love of music.

Alex Diehl's artistic career is peppered with several milestones. His song "Nur ein Lied" has played a role several times, most recently in 2022 on "Sound of Peace" and a Deutsche Welle TV production, where he contributed to fundraising efforts. It is precisely these values that define Alex Diehl's life as an artist and make his music valuable to people.

After "The Songs I Never Wanted to Write" (2021), his fifth album is now coming - and with it a small anniversary! "Das ist keine Übung" will be released on October 6, 2023 and the themes of this personal record go deep under the skin: alcoholism in his own family, depression and hatred within his social environment and memories from a destroyed childhood are dealt with. The artist makes peace with the first third of his life by offering listeners his autobiographical songs.

This life has many beautiful and sad things, but it is certainly not an exercise that we can repeat endlessly. We only live once and sometimes we need a little support - e.g. in the form of motivation or an emotional harbor to retreat to after a stormy phase.
