Let's spread the tradition!

❄ Come back into the cold water.
There's no cooler & livelier way to start the new year.

❓WHEN & WHERE?

- 12:30 crisp outdoor workout at the Hacienda Cospuden
- We'll be in the water by 13:15 at the latest

You can also come just to swim or just to train.

Everything CAN, not a must!

❓WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

• sportswear
• Large towel (or two)
• Possibly a warm drink
• Possibly something extra to put on afterwards
