After three one-day editions, we're going one step further in 2026: Ancient Echoes will take place over two days for the first time!
Mark July 03 & 04 in your calendar and come to the Wachau church ruins!

Two days in the unique atmosphere of the ruins. Two days to escape reality. Two days of music between rooted folk, sacred sound art, drone and herbaceous electronics that lays itself into the stones and falls back into you.
As always, the line-up remains under wraps for now and will be revealed gradually, but the principle remains: carefully curated, unique, intense, and with space for real listening, feeling and encounters in between.

So feel free to tell your friends from further afield about it - it will be worth the journey!

Market stalls and visual concepts will of course be part of the event again, so that the ruins not only sound, but also light up. And weather-wise: the last few years have been rather... character-building. After storms and rain, we could actually officially write "water games" into the program - thank you for your defiance, your patience and your warmth. Nevertheless, let's hope for a little sunshine. Either way, unique moments are guaranteed.

For wheelchair users and the severely disabled: each ticket also includes admission for one accompanying person if required.
