It is well known that self-love and narcissism are worlds apart. In her first solo program, Angela Ascher discusses what self-love means in terms of time, money, friendships and enmities, emancipation, love and sex in an unsparingly honest and hilarious way.
The genuine Bavarian, known from Tatort, Rosenheim Cops, BR television and many more, convinces with charming comedy in all its facets: clichés are played, exaggerated and humorously dissected. Self-confident and with a lot of irony, Angela classifies topics in her very own way and does not shy away from dishing out the goods.
Because an Angela Ascher doesn't mince her words, even when it comes to spicy topics such as sex toys in the wrong hands, mental freshness techniques for long-lasting relationships, glorifying your own sex life in front of your girlfriends and the question of whether you shouldn't just sleep with yourself so that you never get below your level.
Angela Ascher completed her artistic training at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg. As an experienced film and theater actress, she has appeared in well-known television productions and in renowned theaters such as the Thalia Theater and the Deutsches Schauspielhaus in Hamburg, the Theater Oberhausen and the Schauspielhaus Wien. Her performances in the Singspiel at Munich's Nockherberg, where she celebrated great success in the role of Ilse Aigner, are legendary.
