Being aware of the impermanence of all things is one of the basic principles of Buddhist philosophy: "Anitya". For the Israeli-French aerial artist Inbal Ben Haim, this concept - which ruminates on the chaos of our time - is an invitation not to give in to despair, but instead to find a beginning in every rupture, a new connection in every destruction. In her poetic performance between circus and visual art, she transforms the stage into an organic sculpture of threads, light and movement. Hovering and climbing, she spins and loosens the structures that surround her. Her gestures tell of the art of finding a foothold where nothing can support you. But this transformation does not happen alone. In this "solo for many", the audience become co-supporters in a joint act.

After the delicate paper worlds in "PLI" at the Ruhrfestspiele 2023, Ben Haim creates a poetic and circus-like echo of our present with "Anitya".
