Kurt Cobain, Amy Winehouse, Janis Joplin - they are daring, mysterious and part of an exclusive group: Club 27! Artistic souls, plagued by fame, scarred by drug abuse and all dead at the age of 27. Anna Bartling is 27, definitely not cool enough for Club 27 and above all: quick-footed. Wild youth? Not at all. Why live fast and die young? Anna Bartling's first stand-up program is a plea for failure, the cringe, and the attempt not to take oneself too seriously. With absurd stories and clever punchlines, Anna declares that being young is colossally overrated. Sure, the arthritis in her big toe joint is annoying, but the main thing is never to have swimming lessons with 8b again. So sit in the front row, laugh your shame off and go home with the certainty that it's okay not to be as cool as Kurt Cobain. Anna may not be cool, but she is extremely charming, incredibly funny and full of anticipation for her 60th year.
