Around 35 exhibitors from all over Germany as well as Denmark, Holland and France are expected at the twelfth international collectors' fair on Saturday, November 16, 2024 in the PösnaPark Großpösna shopping center: Stamps, coins, medals, badges, medals, banknotes, historical postcards from all parts of Germany and around the world as well as collectible pictures and historical film programs will be presented to visitors between 10 am and 6 pm. There will be a particularly rich selection of several thousand original old postcards from the Leipzig region, antiquarian Leipzig and Saxony literature, Saxon address books and photos, as well as cigarette pictures and albums. Even the world's first stamp, the "Black Penny" from 1840, will be on display by Bremen stamp professional Holtzer Tietz in PösnaPark (Sepp-Verscht-Straße). Accessories such as stamp and coin albums, postcard covers, catalogs and specialist literature will also be on offer. After all, you want to store your most beautiful items properly. Experts will be on hand to advise visitors on the best way to store their collection items. In addition, old collector's rarities are valued free of charge, visitors receive information on authenticity and are advised on all aspects of collection estates. Children will also find colorful stamps from Walt Disney or from faraway countries.

Visitors can swap, buy, sell and talk shop, while renowned experts examine and value visitors' "rarities" free of charge and help to determine their value. Of course, the professionals also buy old "attic treasures". This collectors' fair is a real treasure trove of contemporary witnesses to past centuries and a meeting place for exchanging experiences, especially for local collectors and historians as well as conservationists and architects. The Collectors' Fair offers private collectors and associations in particular the opportunity to present their hobby or collecting area or to provide information about their work on local history or the history of their association.
