The AOK SUP ’n’ Roll Tour is coming to Nuremberg—join us!

Want to get active, enjoy some fresh air, and have lots of fun on the water? Then mark your calendar for this weekend: On July 18 and 19, 2026, the AOK SUP ’n’ Roll Tour is stopping at the Großer Dutzendteich in Nuremberg!

Whether you’re already active or have been meaning to finally do something more for yourself—here’s your chance to join in easily and discover new ways to stay active.

Hop on the board—no prior experience required

Participation is free, and you don’t need any prior experience. A variety of SUP courses for beginners and advanced participants await you on the water. Learn your first safe steps on the board, try out SUP yoga, or push yourself with core workouts on the water.

There’s plenty of activity on land, too: Numerous varied hands-on activities invite you to give them a try. All sessions last 30 minutes each—perfect for getting a taste of different activities.

It pays to be quick!

Spots are assigned on a “first come, first surf!” basis. So it’s best to register right away and secure your spot.
