We recommend clothing that allows for freedom of movement. Yoga mats will be provided at the studio, but you’re also welcome to bring your own mat.

Participants must be at least 18 years old.The organizer reserves the right to request valid photo ID (e.g., ID card or passport) upon entry to verify age. An Aperol Spritz will be served free of charge at the event and enjoyed in moderation.
