In the organizer's words:

"ART in PIECES" - experience speed puzzling, even without record speed

If you want to give someone an extraordinary experience as a Christmas present, taking part in "ART in PIECES" is just the thing. The event will take place on January 24 and 25, 2026 at TSC Eintracht Dortmund and is entirely dedicated to speed puzzling. Although it is a form of competition, you don't have to be fast to take part and have fun.

You can start individually, as a pair or in a team of 3-4 people - in categories for beginners and advanced players. The puzzles are based on motifs by Dortmund artist Linn Schiffmann, which can be taken home afterwards.

Saturday is all about exchanging ideas and offers workshops for a fee:

- Tips & tricks from speed puzzler and European champion Kathi Reiner

- Creative handicrafts: e.g. earrings or pictures made from puzzle pieces

- Further workshops on body, technique and concentration

The competitions will follow on Sunday - as well as a free puzzle exchange where puzzles can be freely swapped.

A visit is also worthwhile for anyone who simply wants to watch: admission for spectators is free.

Taking part in "ART in PIECES" is therefore a gift that connects through play, provides surprises and creates a special shared experience.
